JSW Cement has been recognized as a global sustainability leader in the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) 2025. The company secured the #1 global rank in the Construction Materials category, achieving an outstanding score of 86 and placing in the 100th percentile. This distinction reflects JSW Cement’s steadfast commitment to advancing sustainability across its operations, outperforming more than 90 assessed peers worldwide. We are also proud to be featured in S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, placing in the top 1% globally based on our 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) score in our industry.
DJSI, administered by S&P Global, is one of the most regarded global benchmarks for corporate sustainability. It assesses organisations on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions using the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), a rigorous, data-driven questionnaire that covers over 100 industry-specific and general sustainability themes.
This milestone marks a remarkable leap in performance—from a score of 60 in FY23 to 70 in FY24 and 86 in FY25—underscoring our deep commitment to sustainability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
